All payments made through our site are securely processed via Square. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or banking information. Square handles all payment security and compliance directly.

Important: choosing to use M.V. Electronix LLC services may result in the manufacturer's warranty being voided. Customers should keep this in mind before proceeding.

✅ 60-Day Repair Warranty

We provide a 60-day warranty for all repairs. If any issue listed reoccurs within the 60-day period, we will redo the service at no additional cost. Refunds are only granted if we’re unable to resolve the problem after a second repair attempt.

🚫 This warranty does not cover:

Parts not purchased through us, Software-related issues, New issues unrelated to the original repair, Hardware modified during the warranty period.

❌ Warranty is void if caused by:

Physical damage, Liquid damage, Electrical damage, Tampering.

⚠️ Risks Associated with Repairs

Electronic repairs are not always predictable. Your device may be irreparable or further damaged during service. This risk is higher for liquid damage, glued components, or Apple FaceID/TouchID components. We strongly recommend backing up your data before service.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days. After this, refunds/exchanges are unavailable. Sale items are not eligible.

We must first inspect the item. If approved, the refund will be processed via original payment method.

We cover shipping for defective items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
